Just checking in real quick. As you can see, the Pan Pacs coverage that I was planning pretty much fell through. I was extremely busy that week as were the swimmers. Although I will hopefully be able to add some donated pictures from Miss Katie Hoff to the site in the near future. Word on the street is that she was basically a paparazzo up in Canada, so look forward to that! Davis was going to do a blog from the meet, but we’ll save that for another time; don’t fret!

I also just launched a new feature to continue to promote the Snik’s Kids trust fund and wristband program. I made a webband for inclusion on any and everyone’s website! For more info, just click here. And let me know if you put a webband on your site. I think it would be cool to see a lot of participation in this!

So what’s on my agenda now? Lots! Here is a non-inclusive list:

That’s all I can think of right now. Rest assured I will be quite busy for the next few months. What’s the next big meet I’m going to? That would be the US Open. Don’t worry, I will make the occasional trip to Ann Arbor for an NCAA meet and I will basically be in attendance at all the OSU meets. (I may have mentioned that I love that facility)

Because I will not be attending Pan Pacs — set to begin on Thursday — I have decided to leave the majority of the SwimStars.org coverage to some of the swim stars themselves!

It’s something new we’re trying out and so far Davis Tarwater and Katie Hoff are on board to contribute. Once I nail down as many details as I can, I will post the official release on the main site.

Hello everyone!

I just got back from Nationals early today! It was such an exciting meet! I literally have hundreds and hundreds of pictures to go through and post, so look for those updates to start rolling out in the next couple of days.

We also have video from all 5 days (prelims & finals) to sort through.
